나이키는 전 세계의 다양한 스케이트 샵과의 콜라보로 독특한 모델을 출시해왔고, 많은 사람에게 사랑을 받아왔습니다. 이번에 저희가 준비한 제품은 나이키와 두바이의 스케이트샵 'Frame Skateshop'의 콜라보 제품입니다.

2017년에 문을 연 두바이 Frame Skateshop의 설립자 Peter An은 한국인으로, 두바이 현지에서 받은 다양한 영감을 이 제품에 반영하였습니다. ‘하비비’는 아랍어로 '내 사랑'이라는 뜻입니다. 서로 다른 국적, 피부색, 언어, 종교를 넘어 사랑과 화합을 소망한다는 의미를 담고 있습니다.

전체적인 색상은 아랍에미리트 국기에서 영감을 받아 화이트 컬러를 베이스로 레드, 그린, 블랙 총 4가지 컬러가 사용되었습니다. 또한 독특한 이중 스우시(Double Swoosh)로 디자인되었습니다. 블랙 컬러 부분에는 가죽이, 그린 컬러에는 코듀로이 재질이 사용되었습니다.

남녀평등과 사랑이라는 의미를 담은 더블 텅(Double Tongue) 디자인도 독특합니다. 전면의 화이트 텅은 전통 복장을 한 남성을 뜻하며, 매는 용기를 나타냅니다. 후면의 블랙 텅은 전통 복장을 한 여성을 뜻하며, 진주는 우아함을 나타냅니다. 인솔(Insole)의 기하학적인 아라베스크 패턴은 두바이에서 가장 오래된 스케이트 스폿인 "메모리얼 파운틴"을 상징합니다. 아웃솔(Outsole) 디자인은 중동의 사막에서 영감을 받았으며, 신발 끈은 전통 머리 장식 ‘구트라’에서 영감을 받았습니다. 스타일리쉬한 디자인과 상징적인 의미를 가득 담은 콜라보 제품인 만큼 소장 가치가 뛰어나 현재로서는 구하기 굉장히 어려운 인기 제품입니다.

Frame Skate was founded in Dubai back in 2017, and the founder with South Korean background, Peter An, reflected various inspirations he got in Dubai to the product. The name of the product, “Habibi,” means “my love” in Arabic, represents a wish for love and harmony beyond nationalities, ethnicities, languages, and religions. The product was splashed with four colorways inspired by the United Arab Emirates flag, a white base accented with red, green, and black. It also has Double Swoosh, designed with black leather and green corduroy.

The sneakers also have a unique Double Tongue design, which symbolizes gender equality and love. The white tongue on the front represents a man in traditional clothing, and the face of a falcon portrays courage. The black tongue on the back represents a woman in traditional dress, and the pearl means elegance.

The geometric arabesque pattern on the insole symbolizes Dubai’s oldest skating spot, Memorial Fountain. The design of the outsole was inspired by the deserts of the Middle East, and the shoelaces were inspired by a traditional headdress called Ghutra. This worth possessing sneaker collaboration boasts a stylish design and symbolic values, which is now extremely hard to get.
